Melrose Oriental Rug cleaned our living area rug and we are very happy with the results. The rug looks/feels clean and refreshed, and the pile is no longer dented from heavy furniture. These folks are rug professionals! The process was very easy. I called the store before bringing in the rug. They asked a few questions about the size and condition, and provided a cost estimate. We brought the rug into the store, and picked it up two weeks later.

Called in, lady obviously heard me because she promptly replied to the three back and forth conversation we had. But she didn't want to continue talking and said she can't hear me as if I'm in a tunnel. No sense of business or customer service.

We inherited several badly abused and extremely dirty rugs. Some were so dirty you could no longer see the designs. For very reasonable prices, Melrose Rugs cleaned and repaired them. They came back looking like new. They also have a selection of beautiful new rugs at fair prices.
