god forbid theres an inch of snow on the ground they will charge you and not pick up the state should audit there books and reviews and start a class action lawsuit angainst them for theft of services.

BUSINESSES BEWARE!!!! Our restaurant has been doing business with them for years! After the contract expires, they can apparently raise your rates and not tell you about it. And I don’t mean by a few dollars either. You would think a sales rep would contact you to discuss these types of things? Nope! Also, someone left some very large boxes next to my dumpster one day. After 2 weeks of them sitting there and the driver not taking them I stopped him one day to ask if he could please take them. His response to me was that I needed to give him more money to take them! He wanted some kind of tip for himself for just doing his job?! This guy should be fired immediately. I would never let someone like that represent my company.
I called Melissa for a garbage can and she helped me out right away within the next 2-3 days it was thanks Republic services!
With rare exception, the can lid is left closed after pickup so rain and snow do not collect inside the container after it is emptied. Items put out next to the containers are always picked up, and there is never a spill that isn't quickly cleaned up. Good job all around.
Makes makes billing and refuses to correct mistakes. Lots of lip service to seemingly fix the issue, but then nothing is done...repeatedly. Top 5 worst companies I've ever dealt with.
