We were greeted by Mel himself. I was happy that he had a Dunlap tire for my sons little 50 cc motorcycle. Instead of returning home early we were able to get back out in the dirt and finish our trip. The price and repair time was good. I will not hesitate to bring my next repair here

Would Recommend Mel's for anyone who wants their bike done right the FIRST time. took my bike originally to another "Shop" here in Barstow off Main street...and they screwed it up, badly...which apparently they have a reputation for doing. Mel's took in my bike, and went over it properly, and got my bike running right, and sounding right. If u have a bike, and want it done by competent people at a GOOD price. go to Mel's
Mel's perfectly suites Barstow for emergency parts and/or repair. Great dude that stayed open and waited for me when I needed a rear axle for my RZR in a pinch. Quality service and quality parts.
Guy was supper nice and stayed after hours to fix a flat on our pitter.
I asked about a quote for a full service on my bike and got surprise when i got an instant response answering all my questions told me he had a few bikes he was working on rn and gave me a date that would best to check back very honest no nonsense reply very professional highly appreciated thank you. Cant wait to see you soon...

We had to return a mini bike to a local store ( tractor supply in barstow)and mels offered to help us out with a assessment of the the bike but didnt need it after all ...the store took it back with a full refund....great customer service by both local stores ....thank you mels
