Broke my PS4 HDMI port on accident. Which was very frustrating. Next day I went to Melvindale Computers to see if they could fix it. The person who helped me showed me nothing but kindness and great service. Thinking that I would have to wait a day or two for it to be fixed, the employee informs me that he can have it done within 15-20 minuets. I was very grateful and happy that he could do that because I really didn't want to have to send it to PlayStation. Melvindale Computers saved me a big headache, and I thank them for it. Thank you Paul!

Great work at an even better price! Also very patient and kind when explaining things that I didn't understand about my computer. Definitely my new computer guy!
I would not recommend going to this place. I took my brother's ps4 to get fix at this place and we came out of there without it being fixed and the guy either lost or stole the systems hard drive. He claims that the system didn't have a hard drive because it wasn't in the bin where all the parts for our system were. But when we got there there was a controller in our bin that wasn't even ours. Meaning that he throws things into bins without even making sure it's the right one. And if he did make the mistake of losing it he didn't even offer to let us go without paying or replacing the lost (or stolen) hard drive. Very unprofessional.
Absolutely awesome experience!!!! We came from near East Lansing because we had heard of the great work done here! My son's PS4 had a faulty USB port and he had it fixed in just over an hour!!! I hadn't even finished all my shopping at Walmart!!! And the knowledge is beyond compare! I will recommend this place with great confidence!!! And the price was extremely reasonable!!! I was highly impressed over all!
This guy is the real deal, he just saved me 9 month of saved work on a ruined USB flash drive. The response time was lighting fast, it took him 30 minutes to fix it. The place is very professional looking and the service standard is really high, I confidently encourage you visiting this place for all of your computer needs.
