ASI services the office headquarters for warranty Parts service center for all GE appliance and electronics sold they are the hub for the Memphis Tennessee and greater area they're all working from home I went there primary drop off a computer FYI from time to time they are looking for people who have reliable computer knowledge an interaction skills competitive pay incentive program insurance keep it in mind if you all looking for part-time and full-time work from home good source of employment family members work there multiple years during discovered epidemic they thankfully it already closed doors and made all their employees work from home even back in March and they're all still employed

Very nice place of business. Wonderful customer service. Don't follow Google maps if it tells you to turn around. It takes you to suite 101, keep going straight and suite 110 is right there on left. Google maps took me to the back of the building before I reached suite 110.

The GE call center rescheduled the service appointment we had set five days earlier before they gave me a chance to let them know we did have the three parts that the tech needed. This appointment was the second after having waited 5 for the first evaluation. They left a message 30 minutes before I had a chance to return it. The message left was that they needed to reschedule our appointment, which was to install the three needed parts for this 6 month old unit. After recalling the first individual I spoke with was very helpful and gave me the impression that if I got back to her before our scheduled appointment the following morning she would be able to fit me in tomorrow, or near our pre-appointed time. However, when I called back, the next person indicated she could not reschedule the appointment, even after I had told her that we did have the three needed parts. After hearing this I requested to speak to her supervisor and was then put on hold. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to hang up and call back. The next individual indicated that she was not able to confirm the three parts that were delivered were the three parts the tech needed, so she would not give us our original appointed time. I was left to assume that our appointment was given away an hour ago so they could do nothing. Now we have another five days to wait!!

I've worked here 6 years and though not perfect it is a stable place of employment. Also the benefits are great and every opportunity is full time. There is oncentive based programs and various departments to work in.
