Absolutely horrible cab company. Saying a 40 dollar charge was declined and swipes 3 more times “declined”. It charged my account 120. The driver tried to keep me in the car till he get “paid”. Remember always bring a gun with you when you ride a cab. Just in case the driver tries to scam and trap you in the cab. UPDATE: Now the owner is trying to threaten me over the phone to remove this post by trying to prosecute me if I don't remove it.

Thank you for your help this morning. We scheduled a ride online and remarkably your driver was punctual and very helpful to us. She made sure we got to the airport in a safe manner. She was helpful with the language while we got the babies and the family checked in. Hope the tip was enough and we will definitely see you when we get back home. I want to take this time to really thank you for your help transporting my elderly parents to their home from the airport and to let me pay the fare over the phone. Ali wore a mask and made sure the taxi was sanitize before they got in. I find your dispatcher Sarah to be very helpful and caring. She gave me a call when the ride was completed. Very reassuring to know they got home safe. I would recommend these folks! Thanks again to Sarah and Ali.
