Nothing but great experiences with this company. I prefer to buy bulk concentrates and add my own water than wasting my money on watered down products from some of the other companies I’ve tried in the past.
Does not stand by its product. Product does not work. Salesman told us to buy it and if it does not work for our application the unused product could be returned . We found out the product does not work for us after 1 application (salesperson was here for that). When we tried to contact the salesperson he went silent on us. After calling the main office several times now they say we have to pay for the product because we have had it for a long time. This is a classic bait and switch.
Best products you'll ever sell! Great family owned business with the best customer service team, hands down!
