James Anderson was my service Advisor. He was TERRIBLE! It took 2.5 hours for my car to get a oil change. My truck sat on the outside for 1 hour. I asked him and he said really.. yes you know my truck had been waiting for PAPERWORK FOR A HOUR. I told him I would never come back to this location. He has 0 customer service skills! I’m really unsatisfied. It was a time I came before where his boss called him over the phone and asked him why wasn’t a gate open and he acted liked he was slow then to. He had the boss on speaker phone. He is AWFUL!

Kevin Williams was an amazing Salesman. Made me feel welcomed from the time I parked in the parking lot. My experience was great. His trust and positive mindset and attitude helped me to stay positive and helped me to gain the confidence that I needed. He assured me that Gossett takes care of their customers 100%. Left there overjoyed and excited beyond measure. Thank you for your great service! Came and was determined to do a trade and didn't believe that it was going to happen. BUT with God's help and good faith things turned out in my favor. Went lookin at a Sonata and Elentra but turned out getting 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Soooo happy. Been smiling everyday since Saturday. Felt like I was there only 30mins that's how things flowed
