Recently purchased a 2016 Lexus from this Dealership. Jeremiah was my salesman and handled the entire transaction flawlessly. I had seen the vehicle online and was a four hour drive away so he provided everything for me through pictures and personally taking the time to look at vehicle to make sure all was as described. Upon receiving the vehicle we were completely satisfied. We recommend this company as very professional and honest.
Total waste of time. 830 credit score was willing to give them 11k down on 20k vehicle . Explain to the manager didn’t want to go back and forth just tell me what the lowest you can sell the vehicle for..... he turns around and quotes me the advertised price. It’s a million car dealerships on Memphis don’t waste your time with these folks
