Would not recommend this company to anyone. Received a one star because 0 stars are not an option. Call them and tried to explain what type of system I had and what I was looking for. Owner answer the phone and was too busy listening to himself talk to even listen to my needs. Tried to sell me a used fireplace log set that would not fit my fireplace set up. Once he realized I would not buy the set. He tried to switch me to a new set which I was okay with. He set the appointment and never showed up. I called him and not only had to remind him who I was , but that he also had an appointment. He then made an excuse and scheduled an appointment for the following day. He never showed up to that one either. Didn't have the business courtesy to call that he would not be able to make it or was running late. Kept me waiting on two different days for multiple hours without even a courtesy call or an apology. If he treats you this way when he's trying to get your money imagine services after he's got it.
