The store was very clean. The customer service on the sales floor was nonexistent, but the cashier that checked me out was very polite and courteous. They had a nice selection of everything except for men boots(that section was very limited in styles and sizes). I noticed that they haven't opened the dressing rooms yet and that's probably going to problematic in the future. All in all, it was a good experience

This place is TOO junky no matter when I visit. And it's worse when crowed. I ALWAYS hope to find something but get discouraged because of the disarray of EVERYTHING. Bigger store is needed.
