I set up a payment plan to get my license back. They sent my paperwork to get my license back to me very quickly,no problems so far except I mailed in my payment for the month of August, July 30 and it's not showing up in their accounts and it has not shown up as being taken out of my account yet. I don't want to lose my license again after all the money and time put into it. But, everything else so far has been ok, I am just so thankful to be driving legally again. 8 days should have plenty of time to get from Knoxville to Memphis, the check has been lost somewhere. I wish to God that we could pay bills for a license online instead of mailing it on.

Has anyone ever gotten a statement from them showing your balance? I’ve been paying them 150 every month for almost 2 years on a credit debt of about 3k. I have yet to receive a statement showing my balance then when you ask they don’t send it just a paper saying they received your payment. Also doesn’t this suppose to show on your credit report? I haven’t seen anything on there about this

Called multiple times before anyone would ever get back to me about my case. The person I did talk to was extremely rude and had an attitude the whole time. They act like they have no idea whats going on half the time
