Professional, prompt, and local experts. I had a very old willow oak that was VERY close to my house and my neighbor's. As much as I hated to see it go, this tree was a looming menace to both homes...particularly when the spring and summer storms blow. Curtis May and Carole were wonderfully accommodating, and kept me in the loop when weather delayed the second day's work. Absolutely no damage done to the house, fencing, and driveway during removal of a beast of a tree. Cleanup was meticulous. I've used other tree services in the 28 years I've lived in Germantown. Mister Tree is head and shoulders above the competition. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Terrible. I contracted them to do work. But could never get them to return my calls. I left several voicemails but no one would call me back. So I used someone else.

I had to update my review. At first, I gave them a low score. I talked to them this morning and Chris was very nice and apologetic about it taking so long to get back to me. I highly reccomend this service. Nice people and reasonable prices.

Curtis Fay and his team showed up at our house today with all of the heavy equipment necessary to surgically remove a large tree leaning toward our house. I couldn't stay the whole time and when I got home I surveyed the yard and you wouldn't even know they were there. Except, of course, the tree vanished. Fast. Excellent clean-up. Great value.
