LIES, LIES, LIES!! They aren't interested in selling wheelchairs and Andrew lied to me not once but a few times about faxes he sent off that never happened.. Then he dodged my phone calls as he had his co-workers screening them. I wasted 2 months with this company and never got a wheelchair Save yourself some trouble and go with a local reputable DME company to by what you need. Numotion has made so much money they could care less about customer service! Actually I'm glad they put me off because it forced me to find a DME company that has treated me so much better than Nu motion treats their customers. In 2015- the first and last wheelchair I ordered from them was totally unusable and I was stuck with it for 5 years. It wouldn't fit through my doors and the guy ordered a midwheel drive for me when I always use a front wheel drive powerchair. If a person is use to a certain drive the therapist will keep you in that drive.

I have used Numotion for several years. I have always been able to get my chair fixed or maintenanced. I've had two hand controls, two cushions, and my batteries replaced. Everybody I've dealt with his always been professional. I will continue to use them.

I have never dealt with a company like this one before who could care less about truly helping the wheelchair bound. On June 21,2018, my husband and I drove to NuMotion to order new parts for my son's wheelchair. It is now December 10, 2018 and have not received any of the parts. I called and left messages over five times to find out when the parts would come in. No one has yet to return my phone calls.

Horrible company. They are very unorganized. They never call you back. They tell you things then say theu don't remember talking to you or there are no notes on the account. when repaira are needes, it takes almost a month to get someone to come repair equipment. Then it take several months to get new equipment. After telling them I dont want to use their companu anymore, the manager calls my son therapy to talk about me to say I don' t understand procedures unstead of talking to me. That is very unprofessional
