I was sitting at my drop off when my reefer went down. Luckily I was able to get unloaded quickly. Looked up a Thermo King dealer and found this one was only 20 miles away. I called and they said first come first serve. I was the only truck there. They got me in the bay quickly.... then just totally ignored I was even there. Waited for a hour and a half with numerous workers just walking by glancing at my truck. I only seen one tech actually working on something. Mine should have been a quick fix. Places like this need to understand time is money for us. We pay very high prices coming to places like this one and at least expect someone to acknowledge that your just sitting there. Pretty sad for a business. I'll take mine elsewhere. Oh and if the manager wants to reply to this message for me to contact them......they can forget it....you have my number. I won't waste another second on this.... poor management.

I came in for my apu and they took great care of me. Thanks Jessie! Those guys really know what they are doing. I watched one man with a big beard run back and forth between 3 bays working up. But overall great place great environment

Their APU mechanic went above and beyond what the management cared for him to do. He really went out of his way to solve my problem. He is known to be one of the best APU mechanical guys in his field. Top notch. Ask for Jesse !!
