It was ok, not the best Menchie's cafeteria we went to. We liked flavors. Unfortunately, we didnot have a chance to sample them due to COVID19, so we were careful with our choices. I don't think they offer waffle cones. But the offer great variety of cakes without preordering. Very convenient.

I had a hankering for late night froyo. I went in to the location and was immediately greeted. She asked me if I'd been there before, I said yes, and she walked to the back. I created my snack walked up to the register and she was there to check me out in seconds. Fast, friendly service. Clean store. Wouldn't mind some new flavors, but no complaints from me.

Store is always clean and lots of good flavors but have to mention the employee that has been working evenings the last few weeks. I think his name is Gerick? Truly the most friendly, helpful, engaged “cashier” I’ve ever seen. Truly acts like he loves his job and couldn’t be happier to help people. Love it!

We have been to this menchies at lease 2 dozen times (we love our froyo)! Some of those times have been within the pandemic. We were never asked to wear a mask. Always greeted kindly and with smiles behind the employees masks! Mandate in Utah ended April 10th, go into menchies today and get greeted my a jerk who kicks us out for no masks. Go figure. Makes zero sense. Menchies you have lost our business!

Love menchies! The options are always great, The toppings are endless. We never leave disappointed. One day the owner sat down with us and took the time to get to know us. He was so kind. Menchie’s is always clean, the workers are so nice and respectable. I have never ever had a bad experience here. We continue to come back, this is my kids favorite place!!

Took my daughter here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean store with covid and sanitizing options. Toppings were neatly organized in plastic tins to choose from!

I came to menchies last night with my family and can I just say it was by far the best experience I have had at any menchies yet. I'm a huge froyo fan and have been loyal to menchies for years. The store was spotless, the employees had great energy and the manager Monique went above and beyond in helping with our questions and making suggestions. She was so personable! Being a manager myself, I understand how important it is to go above and beyond. I highly recommend this location and Monique. I will be returning frequently!

My family and I love coming here! We all have very different tastes so it is so nice to be able to customize and explore the different flavors. I especially appreciate what they are doing to combat Covid while still serving their yummy froyo️
