Dave sold us our hot tub and was with us every step of the way. He was always available and most importantly he still is after the installation. He and Mary help you care and maintain it properly once you are up and running and make you feel right at home when you call or stop by. Definitely glad we went with Allen Pools & Spas versus trying to do it on our own or on the cheap!
I had to replace my cover. New one fits perfectly and is light as a feather. Mary ( Williston store) kept in touch via email and arranged delivery quickly. She’s a fantastic ambassador for quality customer service. I’ve had 2 hot springs- the first one lasted over 20 years! Very happy w/ product, service and the business. Highly recommend. Lynn
