I can't say enough about Grand View. Leah was our wedding coordinator and she was just amazing. So helpful and professional. She's a huge reason why I can say I wasn't stressed on my wedding day. She made sure I knew that everything was going to be perfect no matter what, and it definitely was. I didn't have one bad experience with this venue throughout the whole process. All my guests were raving about how great the food was and how beautiful and pristine the venue was. I'm forever grateful for all your hard working staff! Thank you Grand View for making the most important day of my life go so smooth and perfect!!

Our experience was, in a word, \perfect.\ From initial visit (by our daughter and fiance) to the wedding day, everything was all you could ask. Our daughter praised the planner, the tastings, and the willingness to work with her. Wedding eve, the ladies in the wedding party stayed in the residence that adjoins the property. It was the ideal spot for hair and make-up and offered plenty of room for those with young families to escape prior to and during the festivities. The appetizers, beverages, and dinner were as promised (including the two specially prepared vegan entrees). Ample bar and service staff meant that no one waited long for a cocktail or dinner service. The ceremony at water's edge was all you could ask (80s and sunny) with a sound system the guests could easily here. The separate bar/lounge area offered a place where family and friends could sit and chat, away from the dining/dancing area. Our daughter has high expectations, but is kind and easy going (think the opposite of Bridezilla). The staff responded in kind, graciously doing their best to accommodate our needs throughout. I'm sure the weather and the joy of the day certainly influences this review, but If you are looking for a special event venue, take a look.

This is a gorgeous wedding venue on the water! The grounds are maintained immaculately and the attention to detail is on point. The staff are hardworking and will go above and beyond to make your day perfect! The food and drinks were exactly as planned and all the guests were very happy. They have a beautiful fully stocked bar that will accommodate all. This place is really the whole package and it will not disappoint!! If your looking to have your dreams come true on your wedding day, look no further!

Very pretty wedding venue directly on the water. Made for a gorgeous place to have the ceremony and I’m sure a perfect backdrop for photos. Ballroom was big and had plenty of room for dancing. The venue was very well staffed and everyone was professional.

Laura was the event coordinator for our wedding located at the Grand View in Mendon, MA and she was more than amazing and beyond accommodating. My husband and I had a hiccup in our wedding plans - long story short, Hurricane Irma destroyed our U.S.V.I wedding venue 6 weeks before our wedding, leaving us little time to re-plan. Finding Laura and booking the Grand View on such short notice was truly a blessing. Laura’s professional, punctual, organized, easy to work with and as mentioned above, extremely accommodating, she understood our vision and worked her a** off to make it happen – she even coordinated so we could keep our original menu from our U.S.V.I wedding. And the venue speaks for itself, the lake makes for a perfect backdrop, especially with the fall foliage and interior of the Grand View makes for incredible pictures; make sure you check out the Bridal Suite and Women’s restroom (yes, the restrooms are picturesque as well). The overall size of the venue was perfect, it allowed our guest to spread out and enjoy the evening, the food was mouthwatering – people are still talking about the beef tenderloin, and the staff were great to our wedding guest. If you’re on the fence about what venue to pick and what a venue/staff that is professional, accommodating and wiling to bring your wedding vision to life, Grand View is your spot!
