KILLER people and firm. My search firm works with all the major VC's you could ever ask for. Benchmark, Index, Andreesen, NEA, Sequoia, Menlo, Greylock, etc. And we always prioritize Amplify for several reasons. First, we think they treat entrepreneurs really well. Second, they spot interesting co's like Gremlin and Data Dog very early. Third, they treat service providers really well. Fourth, they're good recruiters and pragmatic about hiring. Could go on and on. But we'd kill for these people! Really surprised by some of the comments in earlier reviews. Not gonna comment on them. Just know how we feel about them and I know a lot of their Founders are big fans too.
