I have reviewed the service side of Cardinal Components through their website. In summary, great experience working with this company. Highly recommend. This review will address the quality of the products that complement the superb customer service. I ordered a 140-2000 – The Double Lever Tool and a complement of 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16 Rivnuts for a small construction project. I had no difficulties setting up and using the tool even thought I hadn't used this type of tool before. The quality of the 140-2000 tool is far superior (in my opinion) to other tools I found on-line. The construction is solid and rugged - I made the correct choice. The selection of Rivnuts available through Cardinal is extensive. My project required installing the Rivnuts into aluminum - simply drilled and prepared the holes in the material according to the recommendations from Cardinal and the Rivnuts fit perfectly; solidly. All said - I highly recommend Carinal Components and their products.

I figured it would be a day or more as that is usually the case with companies these day. He went on to recommend the appropriate tool and fasteners for my application and I placed my order. My grandson gave me a problem to solve. His Thrustmaster wheel clamp broke and he could not attach it to a table any longer. After way too much research on the WEB, I decided that a rivnut was the solution. I contacted Cardinal Components and Jason Loose helped me through the ordering process. I got the rivnut in 24 hours, practiced the installation on a piece of wood, and installed the rivnut to replace the insert that had broken— the wheel is operational. Big thanks to Jason for his help. They have rivnuts that work with molded plastics. Great discovery for a novice woodworker
