Slo'Motion BBQ did a pig roast for my groom's dinner. Everyone one loved the hog and custom sauces. The Mac and Cheese is amazing. Adam takes so much pride in his craft. We were blessed to have him cook for our guests.

The crabby apple BBQ sauce was the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. The brisket had a beautiful char on it, and the mac with that tasty top crust, soooo good. Would definitely drive to find this food truck. Thanks!!
I love ribs. St.Louis ribs are the best tasting ribs I’ve had , melt in your mouth , eat with your fingers, from slomotionbbq. His Mac and cheese is great. Very rich and great comfort food. Slo Motion BBQ Food Truck came to our work and did not disappoint! The food was great, he met our needs and he had a smile the whole time. With COVID in mind, we needed to come up with a new way to serve an entire staff (3 shifts) safely, and he did it! I highly recommend working with Slo Motion BBQ for your catering needs!
The macaroni and cheese was excellent. I would have given a 4 but the young man was not wearing a mask who took our order today, which tells me that my health was not valued by this establishment. Also, too pricey for the sandwiches.
