We rented a 16ft enclosed trailer from Tom's a couple of years ago to move garage items from out of state. It was a good trailer and a good experience. I called them today to rent another smaller trailer for a similar use. I am picking up a rebuilt engine from out of state and wanted an enclosed trailer. The lady who answered the phone told me an enclosed trailer wouldn't work for that purpose because you couldn't put an engine into the trailer from the rear opening. She then told me they didn't have any trailers for rent. If you want useless opinions this is your go to place, if you want a trailer go elsewhere.

Went in looking for some very old coupler parts, even surprised the woman there that I found it in their junk pile! Large selection of used tires and rims(great for a spare), couplers, jacks, bunks, etc., all reasonably priced. Glad I found them! Woman in the office I found was very pleasant face to face and has a wealth of knowledge.

Horrible service. I called to ask about a Brake controller to put inside my truck for the trailer. Lady said no, we don’t work on cars. I tried to clarify that it was a brake system for the trailer. She got offended and got an attitude saying “ I know I’m a woman and you think I’m dumb but I said we don’t have them”. I Hung up in her face. Go to HANNAHS TRAILER instead. They are respectful people.

Absolutely love this place! Tom was very helpful and informational. He went above and beyond when looking at something we previously bought from somewhere else to make sure it was the right part as we were unsure - and then led us to many different options for things we could do to fix our trailer. Not to mention... they have 2 cats that we are obsessed with. We will be returning for any other needs we may have in the future!
