I genuinely enjoy going and have been since I was in high school. They are very professional and they really do a good job. Plus, they are a convenient location for me and they take my insurance. I am docking them a star for two reason: 1. Today I had to wait 15 minutes extra as the doc didn't finalize my prescription before seeing another patient. Frankly, they should finish with one customer before moving on to the next. I wanted to take a hard-copy with me so I had to wait until he was done examining someone else. 2. The price of glasses is ridiculous. I guess age 23 is when you stop caring if your glasses are name-brand or not. I am not paying 200 for just the frames. I'm good. A pro is that they easily can transfer your prescription to Walmart, Target, or wherever. I still would (and do) recommend them! They are very knowledgeable and friendly!
