I couldn’t have been more disappointed with our visit. The guy that helped us just seriously wanted us to leave and didn’t actually want us to spend any money. He could not have been more rude or flippant. We came in to our appointment for my fiancé’s suit/tux fitting and were basically told from the beginning that we weren’t going to find anything in the color we were wanting and that I really shouldn’t t be finding pictures online to use as a color reference. This was all after he said I was wearing my mask wrong. If he’s so scared of how people wear their mask he should just stay home forever. He kept giving us the whole, “we will never be able to order that in time”, and “you will be lucky to find anything anywhere else”. Wow. Is that your sales strategy? He couldn’t have torched the bridge fast enough. We went in a few minutes before our appointment and walked out exactly 8 minutes later. We will never be back, nor will we ever recommend The Men’s Wearhouse. I seriously hope you all re-evaluate your crew and your strategy.

Never shopping there again. Went in for a belt for my husband & salesman looked at me like I had 2 heads for asking for a middle of the road, every day brown belt rather than the trendy yellow-brown that they had many of. While picking out a belt, overheard an older salesman fitting a suit in a slim teenager (maybe 17 years old). As mom watched, the salesman says “I have 3 words for you: ‘eat a hamburger.’” Never. Never comment on someone else’s body. I hope that young man never buys another suit there. I have a slim 18 year old & when he’s ready for his first we will buy it somewhere else. Every suit my husband & son will need will get purchased somewhere else.

The sales staff was excellent as we're the prices. The only downside is currently there's just not a lot of varying styles available in particular colors for off the rack. Other than that I highly recommend them.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are not accurate, thought we were paying 399 for a suit, came to 206. BUT an unmarked necktie was 65!
