TERRIBLE SERVICE, they delayed my tux pick up date by two weeks saying it was going to be ready waay earlier. I almost didn’t have it ready in time, just the day before. Would absolutely NOT suggest this place.

I can honestly say this was not a pleasant experience. The person who was supposed to assist them decided that because it was his break time, he didnt feel the need to complete the services. Another employee there even brought it to his attention yet he went on break anyway. I had called ahead of time to set up the appointment and clarify what i was wanting according to their add. I was assured that they could just come in ger measured and fitted. I was assured that i was correct in how the package would be price. Needless to say nothing was correct in what i was told on the phone. Not only that i then had my coordinator call and she was told the same exact thing. Sad customer service was extremely poor!

My fiancé and I went here to search out some wedding rags. This is the only location we go to now thanks to Joseph! You can tell that he really enjoys fashion and dressing in sharp outfits. If you are going to spend a heavier sum on new clothes, make sure you have a great stylist to help you choose how to spend. He’s personable and warm and is easily ready with new suggestions if something doesn’t make you feel great. Every time has been a new yet reliable experience!

Out of all of the time we have bought my husband a suit,, we have NEVER been so frustrated with anyone before,, they DO NOT call to let you know when anything is back and everytime we call they can't find it,,, now over 3 weeks later I had to call again and all I get is I'm sorry.. we will never waste our time or money there AGAIN
