I'm glad I went to Mather Mental Health Clinic. I've been treated there since January of this year(2020). I've honestly done a complete 180 since I started. When I started my treatment at the clinic, I felt hopeless, I didn't want to live anymore, I felt like everything I did was never good enough. I've always known I needed help but I was too stubborn to do anything about it. I kept saying, \I'm fine. I will be fine.\ Obviously I was not fine. Thanks to Clara, the doctors and group, I have control over my life again. They've given me tools that I can use for the rest of my life. I know that there will be bad days, that's part of life. But now I know how to handle them better than before I received help. I'm moving out of state and I wish I could still see them all on zoom but unfortunately their policy doesn't allow it. Special thanks to Clara, Dr. Patel, Dr. Qadri, Alexandra and our group. You are all amazing. Thank you for all your help I'll miss you all!

I was not very convinced therapy would work. I finally decided to attend and i have been extremely happy. My personality is not an easy one to deal with, but the Dr's were understanding, did not push meds, and I was part of every decision in my treatment. The staff was caring and thourough. I understand that finding the right personality is important, and the fact that it is a team made me feel that if I didnt match with a therapist, I could easily move to one that did. There is no quick fix it takes time, dedication, and acceptance. I am very grateful for this clinic, doctors, and therapists.

I was assigned to be in therapy with Christine and my whole 6 months of being there was terrible. Not empathy and only cared about accomplishing the basics of her work performance than to be an actual therapist. I truly hated her counseling services and she would used to talk badly about me after sharing some painful events to her in counseling. I stopped going when realizing that they don't do jack sh*t for their clients!!! I also didn't like the blonde receptionist who came off as stuck up with a very nasty attitude when I would sign in or get another appointment date. Even though I only had a bad experience with some of the staff, overall the management in that clinic is all messed up! Good riddance!

I had been a patient here for a while. Dr. Hussaini would forget to call in my medications and cut me off while I was speaking. It was always difficult to make an appointment and I did not feel I received helpful care.

Clara is just plain rude. On the first day I was really distressed and used some cursing words. Her only response to my crying was ''can you avoid cursing so much? Thank you,''. How did that women become a social worker? Did you know you would be dealing with humans, each one with a different personality, whether you like or not, in the first place?
