Dr Whitely is easily fooled and biased against fathers. Don’t go here if you’re looking for an objective third party to help solve family problems. She made everything much worse for my child. I do not recommend this place at all. She does not support shared parenting and it’s really a shame.

This place is a joke. My son was seen by a \still in school intern.\ (not by choice) I had to pay out of pocket because Aetna didn't recognize the intern as a provider. Intern wanted to video tape my sons therapy sessions so she could use it later on. When I requested Whitley, I was told that she was not accepting new patients. Well, it says you are on Aetnas website. Oh and their Website says they can manage childhood adhd... Well they don't. They try to send you next door. They cannot keep their schedules straigh between the person who answers the phone and the intern. They called the wrong people to confirm my sons appointment (hippa violation?) The waiting room is not welcoming (especially for 7 yr old patients) as they keep a infomercial about electron therapy playing in loop... Which is a service Whitley provides. Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is a daunting task. Punctuality on their part is not a strong suit. Granted, there aren't many choices in greenville, the drive to mesquite might be worth it.
