I am going to start by saying I have depression, and worse I am the kind of person who wants to solved everything by myself (not a good thing with this problem) and I hate people feeling sorry for me. So, I wont tell people about my problem (not a good thing). When I decided to reach out for help, I felt I was in a dark place and I needed help if I wanted to beat this. I am glad I took the decision to look for help. I reached out to several mental clinics looking for help with my depression and I got to say I was very impressed on how everybody that I talked to were very helpful and concern with my situation. Even though, some clinics didn't accept my insurance they were kind and pointed me to several places that might take my insurance. That's how I got to find Mental Health of Passaic. They are very helpful. Now, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I hope this will help you to make the decision to look for help. Whatever problem is, there is still hope.
