I was seen my Sally Blum for a shoulder pain. She didn’t physically touch or inspect me. She told me I cannot get an x-ray since I’ve never had cancer before. She told me to take Tylenol and apply heat to it. Which I’ve been doing for two weeks already. She suggested physical therapy with her but we don’t even know the problem so why suggest physical therapy? I wasted money on no answers from her.

They didn't turn us away. It was late and your staff helped us. Thank you! Also, it was the first throat culture my kid had that didn't make them gag. This place is more comfortable than any MINUTE CLINIC in NE OHIO. Thanks again!

I had an excellent experience here. The welcoming atmosphere here it’s nice , the lady at the desk was wonderful. I had a bad eye infection , went to another urgent care closer to me prior to this place and made it worse. I was seen by Jamie Ferencak , PA-C and she took excellent care of me , investigated , very kind , informative and treated me the most correct way to the best of the circumstances. She set me up with a next day appointment to see an ophthalmologist to further care for my vision . I’m very thankful for her !!!!
