I signed up to mostly play basketball after work and to workout. Recently they moved equipment onto one side of the basketball court. Which shouldn't be a problem, but instead of using the other half for people who want to play basketball, the schedule classes that take up the other half. So now no one can play.

I’ve been a member of this place since the day it opened, and it’s pretty awesome. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. One thing is that you must be 13 to use any of the exercise equipment. The locker rooms are clean, the gym is very spacious, the rock wall and track have a very cool design, and the pool area is very clean.

Felt a little out of place for me since I'm pretty serious about my workouts; this isn't on them but not having access to the sauna or steamrooms does make a difference with the price for some. Feels a little weird being watched working out (COVID sanitizing protocols) but on the flip side to that, means they are cleaning like crazy which is needed if clients aren't thorough. Would give 3.5 if that were an option or 4 with steam/sauna access. Hours too tight for a person with swing shifts at the time, unfortunately. Managers were nice and front desk folks too. PT happens out front which is just a little odd to feel like you're trying to ignore someone's appt. but everyone's comfort level is different. Good equipment and beautiful pool area.

The facility is nice containing top of the line equipment. It was on my way to work so the convenience is nice as well. I took a tour and the membership liaison was not available so I had to come back if i wanted information on membership. A week later I was able to speak to someone about signing up. Then they explained the membership scheme. 55 a month or 110 a month for a family membership and a year contract. That was not a problem as i feel that is comparable to facilities with equivalent options. There is also a 175 one time registration fee. This fee is 25% of the total yearly membership fee. When i asked why so high, the explanation was that it enabled them to offer me free classes (which I won't take) and a free fitness evaluation. If i have to pay 175 then its not free. So in closing great facility but poor response time from staff and one time fee to support \Free Services
