We had our first visit to attend a \Mentor Rocks\ event featuring \Country Redford\. They put on a great show and the weather was perfect on a Tuesday evening. The venue is amazing and holds a huge amount of fans, a lot more than you would expect. The main seating area was totally full and still people continued to pack in there. Our group chose to sit back on the second hill and were not disappointed with the sound or view being a little more calm. We could see the large screen where they were showing the band on stage. We brought some snacks and set up an area with a short table and folding chairs. Don't worry about bringing food as there is a large selection of food trucks and an area where you can purchase your adult beverage of choice. Come on out (OH Route 2 at the 615 exit in Mentor) and enjoy before the summer passes you by!

Went to the Tuesday free concert for the first time. Great venue and a good concert. It took the band a few songs to get their balance fixed but it was enjoyable overall.

Nice outdoor venue. Good sound system. Jumbotrons with live shots on each side of the stage add to the experience. Parking is limited but people get creative.

The Amphitheater is home to a number of free events throughout the summer including rock concerts, operas, classical performances, theater and more. The most popular item on the schedule is the Mentor Rocks concert series which is held every Tuesday at 7PM. There are food trucks, beverages for sale and more. Admission is free and so is parking.
