I made an appointment for my daughter 3 hours before going and when arrived was told we are really busy and appointments don’t count! Why make An appointment if they don’t honor them! I understand a 15 minute or so wait but this is false advertising! Do not go there because even when we did walk ins the help had very bad attitudes and act like they are doing us a favor. Do. They have no idea on how they get paid ? Patients like us are the ones who generate their pay. Cleveland clinic groups are ones to go to !

I don’t understand what this place is. Twice I’ve tried to make an appointment here and twice they have called me and told me not to come because I need a Covid test first. It’s supposed to be an urgent care....for people who are sick. I finally found no other urgent cares do this. If you need a test they give you a test. Just go somewhere else if you aren’t feeling well because they won’t treat you here.

8/24 Do not go here for BCI/FBI. It took almost 2 hours for someone to come get me from the waiting room to get my background check and fingerprints (that take literally 5 minutes) and there was no one else even there. Just me. What are they doing? My overall experience is that they are very unprofessional and apparently unable to communicate. I have called several times over the past week to check the status of my BCI/FBI. Still no answer. Absolutely ridiculous. *UPDATE* I had to call multiple times to reach someone about the status of my BCI/FBI. it is now 9/9 and the lady at Mentor Urgent Care JUST submitted it. Meaning that my BCI/FBI has just been sitting there for 2 weeks. And it can take up to 30 days to completely process once submitted.

The best urgent care facility in Lake County. Always prompt, friendly staff and physicians. I would recommend it above any other in the area. I only take my kids there.

The front desk receptionist by the name of Fiora Lewis is extremely rude. Talks disrespectful to patients. Then argues with her patients. I was checking child in and she asked for my ID I told her I didn’t have it on me but that my daughter had been here before and she should be in the system. She then proceeded to say in a rude manner “ you don’t have an ID on you, she’s a minor” her tone was rude, and degrading. I said you need to learn how to talk to people and she decided to say again in a rude manner “ I always treat my patients nicely” . I then said you have an attitude and your rude. Instead of her apologizing for how she came across she continued to want to argue. So I told her to stop arguing and just check my child in. We have been there before and never had an issue with being treated so rudely. I definitely won’t be going to her again. Terrible patient/people skills. Maybe she needs some new training.
