Jim has been nothing more than a scammer. Lacks basic knowledge of computers. His building is a mess you have to step over computers just to get into the building and talk with him. The roof has been leaking almost every time I went in there. My business partner did business with him to help him on a few Macintosh computers that he had no idea how to fix. When it came to him paying up the money that he owed my business partner for completing the project he wouldn't do so. When my business partner attempted to leave the business with the computer since there was no payment Jim processed to hold my business partner in the building. This guy is up to no good. Any review that you see here that are good are fake people. Don't buy into it.
