Fantastic experience! Iris, Rose, and Sheena couldn't have been more helpful. They answered a ton of questions, offered to order what wasn't in stock, and checked inventory in the back for me, all while still getting other things done. I've been in retail a long time and it takes a lot for me to be impressed. This is a great store and I'm definitely coming back!
Called the garden center just as they opened looking for a specific plant. (I have spent the past two days looking for this plant).The phone associate placed me on hold while they checked. I was told when they came back on that they had 6-7 in stock. I asked if they could be placed to the side as I was on my way but live 35 minutes away. I was told they don't do that but it was a slow morning. I rushed out the door- didn't brush my hair or even PUT OB A BRA. Whebi hot there they had none of the plant!!! Were they even there? Or did you sell ALL of them in a half hour??? Thanks for wasting my time and my gas! Will NEVER go to you for ANYTHING. EVER!!!
