I contacted PWP Detailing through their contact form on their website initially. My Tesla M3 was being delivered that same week so I wanted to look into getting a clear bra for the car to avoid any chips. I contacted several other companies but PWP (David) was the one that responded in time. I want to say that David responded within 2 hours of my initial email DURING a holiday weekend. I asked some questions and got pricing information and eventually decided that PWP was the way to go. They even gave me a small discount so the work fit into my budget. Just by the responsiveness and other great reviews, I could tell they were dedicated to their craft. I asked when I could bring the car in and David told me I could bring it in immediately and they would get it done in the same week. About 2 days go by and the car is ready early, very impressed. I drove up to Mentor and when I checked out I received complementary car washing materials to car for the M3 and new clear bra. I also learned that they found a tiny paint chip from my drive up there and they touched it up at no charge. Some thing else to note for Teslas; they remove the emblem and side cameras when installing the wrap for the highest of quality instead of cutting around them. Some of the best service I've ever experienced, not only in the car world. Would definitely go here if you are considering and detailing work.

I picked up my Tesla model 3 today and could not be happier with the outcome. I was overwhelmed with the options at first and both David and Greg were very patient making sure I thoroughly understood what details would be done to my new car and how to maintain it. I had a PPF added to the full front, side mirrors and trim along the bottom and and behind the wheels. It is flawless. The paint is more vibrant than when I picked it up from Tesla. I also had CQuartz ceramic coating applied and the shimmer in the metallic paint really stands out now. I will be bringing my car to them for years to come and I would rate them higher than a 5 if possible.
