It took me a long time to finally cancel a membership for a gym I ultimately grew out of love for. I do not enjoy working out consistently by myself so I am overjoyed that DJ and his staff have went totally out of their way to have made available so many choices and times for classes that can work with any schedule and workout preference. I love boxing, hiit and now they have yoga. I love the new family I've found there as well as \old\ family from the other gym who've also joined. I am so happy to have such a wonderful clean place to workout with nice machines and weights, and staff that want nothing more than for you to be successful in your fitness journey and will help you any way possible to get there.

I've been to many gyms but this is the one where I finally felt comfortable at. Dj helped me with my diet and workout routine and I was finally able to make the changes I've been working on for years. I started boxing with Kevin and that has been life changing. Having all these options at my disposal, the family vibe and the friends I've gained along the way is why I stay.
