I recently moved to the area and bought a home which did not have any built in for the master walk through closet. I called a few places to get quotes and the owner, Doug, from closets by design was attentive, responsive, professional, and most importantly was excited and listened to my ideas/thoughts on what I wanted! He completed my design for my closet with precision and expertise! I was so impressed with his quality in work that I then had him do a custom built in for my master bedroom. The first meeting with Carrie a designer at Closets by Design was delightful! Her attention to detail and upbeat personality made designing our closets and mud room a lot of fun! Our install went smooth and timely. We received reminder calls with the time and date to expect our installers. Our installers; Chris, Max and Tom arrived right on time, inspected the sights where they were installing and started right to work. The guys were so professional, tidy and fun to have in my home. The closets are amazing! The boys went above and beyond to give our install an excellent professional touch.

I loved working with Closets by Design. I wish there was a 10 star option. They managed to meet my dream closets and my budget! They went above and beyond and did even more then expected. Way, way, way better product and price then the one recommended by our architect and builder. I could not be more pleased. They built our master closet and mudroom/pantry and their design was so functional and well laid out. As a side note, I'm a volunteer for Make-A-Wish and I found this company because they donated a bedroom makeover for a child's wish in Milwaukee. I bring this up because not only is their product and service exceptional - they are just really good people too!

We were more than impressed with Closets By Design, and the attention to detail and service Doug and his team gave. Doug came out in April and designed our closet and mudroom lockers, providing his expertise and insights that we weren't even thinking of. Our new additions add a level of character and functional organization that we've been needing for a while, but the idea of it seemed too much to take on, but Doug and Jacob made it a really simple process, and now we have what we need. From design to install was only 2.5 weeks. We couldn't have asked for a better experience w/ a local business owner. Thank you.
