We've been in three times to buy skates and have them properly fitted. The first time it took an hour - it was crowded, so we were patient. the next two times we waited for over 45 minutes and were never helped, even though we saw several employees who weren't doing anything. We left, the last time to go to another hockey store that values customer service. I get that everyone is excited to have a Pure Hockey store, but you guys REALLY need to work on your service issues.

The skate sharpening at pure hockey in mequon is a joke. I personally feel that they have no clue on what they are doing when sharpening skates. I could literally run my hand down the skate and i wouldn’t get cut. I also feel that the skate sharpening costs 7 dollars a pair just for a skate sharping and the guy who did them absolutely had no clue on what he was doing.

Good service and many selections, but the skate sharpening service isn't the best. The skate sharpening wasn't bad, it was just ok. The skates didn't have the same feel too them.
