My old doctor's office was acquired by this office and I was hoping that the organization would be better since the last office was not good with returning calls/scheduling/or general admin work. So far, I've had similar experiences with the new office and am disappointed. I've never had a doctor with so many issues for what should be simple customer service. Since the switch to this office, I've had too many occasions where the doctor does not call back after receiving scans/tests for me even though they say they will reach out to me. I had to be the one to call over and over up to 2 weeks later to find out my requests were incomplete or that the results were in (with no call to notify me). In one case, I had to leave voicemails over several days before getting a response. My new insurance doesnt cover this office but I won't miss it. You'll need to keep calling if you want stuff to get done.

Dr.Timothy Johnston is not only a very knowledgeable, intelligent, and friendly doctor. But he was the best doctor that I ever had when I was pregnant with my first. Unfortunately, he does not take my insurance after leaving MFA . So, I am looking into changing my health insurance. He treated me as an individual, a human being, before his patient. A very genuine man. I recommend him to anyone!

LOVE taking my kids to see Dr Johnston, he is very thorough when it comes to examining and determining a solution for their symptoms, and always listen to all my questions and concerns. If you need a new doctor, come see Dr J, he is amazing with kids as well. His staff always make you feel like family and are very professional.
