I would give this place 0 stars if I could. It started out nice, everyone was professional, aiding to our needs, and answering all of our questions. My sister and I came in for the second time and we were ready to make a good deal and sign. On day 1, Chad stated that there was a strong possibility he could give us the deal that we wanted. On day 2, we were told that what we were asking for was completely out of the question. After someone gave us false hope the day before and new numbers were put in front of us, my sister and I needed time to think and rightfully so. We wanted to sleep on our decision and promised Chad we would give him an answer the following day. However, he became extremely frustrated and said very unprofessional things. He acted as if we wasted so much of his time even though it was only our second day of negotiating between three different cars. He stormed out and it was the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. Although I have dealt with many frustrating situations, this is my first time writing a bad review due to how poorly we were treated in the end. It’s quite unsettling that someone was so impatient to make a deal and to make some money that they completely lost our business in the end. If you are planning to come to Mercedes El Dorado Hills, I do not recommend working with Chad

First time there, yesterday. Took my car in for a recall on the sunroof. Got car back after a few hours. The next day, (this morning), as I walked around the car. I found this : See pictures below. Seems like the rims have been rammed against hard metal. Tire also had a fresh cut I used epoxy to glue it back prior to taking these shots Won't be back there. But a word of caution to folks bringing their fancy newish Mercedes there.

The car buying experience at Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills was top notch. Our sales person, Mike, was fantastic. He even got me flowers and champagne when we picked up the car. The finance manager, Zach, made the transaction simple and painless. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

So I had my car serviced, like always, at Mercedes Benz in El Dorado Hills. Don our service manager for many years was terrific. he takes the time to listen and then after understanding the problem puts the process in motion to find a solution. It did just that and the car, which is older, runs like new again. Don is a 5-Star individual and takes great care of the customers who he HELPS. Thanks again Don for making it all work better than new.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Don in service is great!, He pays Great attention to detail. Vehicle is always serviced/ repaired to my high standards. And always clean!! A little slow on the free shuttle ride and car delivery.

I come to the Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills over a closer one because the staff at this dealership do such an excellent job. I have very little spare time, so it’s great to have found a dealership that gets it right the first time. A for customer service, professionalism, and service repairs. Had a few significant issues dealing with these guys as an out of state buyer so I reached out to the General Manager. He quickly got back to me and resolved my issues to get the paid for car shipped. The sales guy Jared and his Manager Zac were really worthless, very hard to deal with. Problem also was when the transport driver got there they made him wait almost 3 hours to get the car. Worst of all it was not cleaned, when I got it the big sale stickers were still on the windshield and nothing else was clean, gas tank was empty. What a second rate way to treat a customer spending 60K for a 2020 used car.

They've kept my grandmother's car for over a week without doing any work. They have bullied her into trying to pay for something she does not have the funds for. They won't give her the car back, every time she asks they say someone will call her back. It's been three days of this. They are either incompetent or maliciously preying on the elderly. Take your pick. Either way I advise not doing business with them.
