We are vanlifers, so our van is our home! Well our van broke down on our way through town. We called Mercedes right away, they said they were pretty booked and would try to squeeze us in the next day. That was good enough for us. When we got our van there, they said two technicians were going to stay late and work on our van so we could get back on the road. They got it fixed within a few hours and sent us on our way. Incredible service, to go above and beyond....We are speechless and forever grateful to these thoughtful and caring human beings. Thank you so much!

We spent the last couple of days here and what a great experience. The sales manager was Steve A. He was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. We stayed overnight and Kelly D. gave us quiet a bit of information for us to entertain ourselves while we are in town. She had a number of recommendations for our 12 year old son. The mechanic, Corey S, was the most knowledgeable Mercedes mechanic we have had since visiting Mercedes. We have been to the ones in Eugene, Reno and Las Vegas. We have even been to Sprinter specific mechanics -- Corey was willing to take on a mechanical issue that the others were dumbfounded at. What a GREAT team! This really is the Mercedes experience ️ Overall - They took what could have been a very negative experience and made it a very positive one.

Our Mercedes Benz Sprinter, which was converted into a mobile home, development a rattling sound since we picked it up new this past August. We decided to have it checked out before going any further on our road trip. The closest dealership was in Sioux Falls, SD. We went there, without an appointment, and they took us right in. They heard the sound and went to work locating it. Initially it appeared it was a problem with equipment that was added when the van was turned into a mobile home. But as the repair continued, they determined that the problem stemmed from the Mercedes manufacturing of the van. They fixed the problem and we are on our way again. It took several hours to figure out so the problem was anything but obvious. We are so grateful to Steven, the service advisor, and Corey, his technician, for refusing to send us on our way until they were confident they had solved our problem. The rattling sound is gone! They were honest with us and very kind. They deserve many more than five stars. We are very pleased.

Had our 2016 smart car worked on here back in December. We had to have the water pump replaced, the thermostat, and some sensor. Over 1,000 worth of work done to our car. Just to go pick it up and the windshield be scratched to all get out. Four huge vertical scratches up the entire windshield. Spent 45 minutes arguing with them that I did not drop my car off like that, that I towed it here and backed it off the trailer and would have noticed the scratches. Finally got them to get the guy that checked my car in and he said he didn't remember them either. They did some calling around so they couldn't find the glass but that they would give me 170 back so I could get the glass replaced myself. Absolutely hilarious because you can't find Smart car glass for 170. I personally will never be taking my car back there, they were extremely rude when I addressed them about the damage to my car. And expected me not to have an attitude or be irritated about it, and even kicked my boyfriend out of the store when he did to get irritated about it. Steve was a service manager who handled this situation. He's a taller gentleman, dark hair glasses. Seems very nice but typical car dealership worker. Update: I was not offered a new windshield at any point, I was told they couldn't find glass anywhere and the best they could do was give me the 170 back. AS i was waiting for my refund a heavy set man walked by and said "Well at least you won't have to wait two weeks for glass." So if that's their attempt at offering to replace my windshield that's pretty unclear. Never once was I told "We can replace the windshield or give you your money back" Also just got a quote from ABRA North in Sioux Falls SD, they quoted at 670

Visited about a month ago. Most employees not wearing a mask. I sent an email to them. Sent one to corporate. No response. They seem to care more for cars than lives. Very surprised and disappointed. 5 miles away ICUs are packed with people fighting for their lives fir such irresponsible behaviour. I hope things changed since then.

Top notch dealer. No high pressure sales. Reasonable prices. Patrick has been great to work with so far.
