Today I went into Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati to get an oil change and I was treated horribly. Three different service people told me they did not have time to wait on me. Two men sitting at their desk said they were going to lunch and a female stated she was too busy to wait on me. I looked over to the waiting room area and it was empty. I understand people need their lunch break but how much time would it have taken to type up a work order for an oil change. The guy who replaced Bob was extremely rude. I have purchased several cars from Mercedes-Benz and as much money as I spend to have my car serviced I would have expected much better treatment than what I received today. I have left several messages with two managers and I have not heard back from either one as of yet. I will go to Mercedes-Benz of West Chester for next on. Hopefully the service will be better there!

I experienced the worst customer service here from manager, Tony. I was told my vehicle could be fixed and then could not be. They continued to submit supplemental requests to insurance for payment, eventually causing my vehicle to be a total loss (my husband hit a light pole going 10 mph and airbags did not deploy), then when I had the insurance company call on a third party call, and I tried to explain that his colleague indicated the damage was not that severe, Tony said I had misunderstood; when confronted about calling me a liar, he discontinued the call. I have been coming to this location for years, disappointed is an understatement. The dealership has changed over the last year and I just cannot recommend anyway go here if they seek honesty and quality customer service.
