Enterprise located in Mercedes, TX has a great staff. The staff members are extremely nice and knowledgeable. Vehicle pick up and vehicle return was extremely easy. I was also in a rush; the process was quick and fast. I was out of the door in a timely manner. Management Assistant Ricardo Garza greeted me at the door had the vehicle ready before I got there. He was awesome!

Enterprise is always a great bargain for traveling. The service at Mercedes Texas has been excellent. I rent often because I have two college students. One in state and another out of state. Enterprise takes my business serious and they are very pleasant employees. Sincerely, Happy Customer
I was promised an upgrade when rental was between certain dates, which I was booked and took the trip within dates and was not given upgrade. So, basically I was lied to and you keep sending emails promising upgrades, which I believe you do just to get rentals and have no intentions of honoring!
Nicole, Cynthia & staff are the absolute best that I've ever seen at any car rental agency in my lifetime. They're always courteous, professional, go out of their way to meet my demands, will give me a courtesy pick up/drop off, and thank me each time that I rent from your location. I highly recommend Mercedes Enterprise to any future clients!
Great place to rent from. The staff is courteous and helpful. They were able to help us even when they didn't have cars immediately available (very short wait). My wife and I have rented and will continue to rent from here.
