In and out quickly, no issues.

Every time we go the debit card system is down. But, according to them, it's just down \today.\ These people are not here to serve you. They have no customer service skills. This place reminds me of the soviet-styled bureaucracy I have seen in second-world countries. What ARE they good at? Sitting around, talking to each other, and using their personal mobile phones. No wonder most people hate going here!

I go there to take a drivers test, but the guy is a lair. Oh, and they plowed the snow in a way you can't get to parallel park. I called out the lie, and he got mad. Oh, and from this point forward, I refuse to wear a mask in my own car.

The man behind the counter was about a 2 out of 10. And the state number gave me the wrong info. I wanted to call the office. Why isn't there an office in Hermitage where I can get an ID? This doesn't make sense to me. But between the lack of customer service skills and the lack of info from the number I called didnt make my experience very personable. I'd rather not even go anymore, that's how inconvenienced I was and the lack of personalbility I experienced.

One of the most incompetent dysfunctional facility’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. The employees hate their job and have no interest in helping you. Every visit is going to be a problem. Like today where the hours on the door say open Saturday 8:30 to 4:15. But they are closed. Mercer is in the middle of nowhere so everyone who goes there has about a 30 minute drive just to be served disappointment.
