Unprofessional. Didn't return multiple phone calls or texts. We had to physically drive on site for communication. He lied multiple times. We removed our vehicle today for a place that will actually do the work and communicate with customers.

Poor customer service. Doesn’t answer messages or phone calls. Lied to me and said he would send me a replacement part but weeks later I haven’t received.
Had traction bars installed on our lifted excursion. First contacted them Monday, was able to get an appointment for Saturday. They were pre painted the color we requested and they installed them quickly while we waited. The bars feel great, shouldn’t have waited as long as I did, install looks great. Definitely recommend.
