I lost my spare key fob. The dealer wanted 500 bucks to replace it. I went to Mercury and they were able to give me a price around &250.00. Scott went out of his way to find the right code for my car. I guess it is 2016 with 2017 title! So, it was a little difficult to get the right code. He ended up buying a new code and passed just a little bit on to me. I was happy with the price and the speed of the service. I would recommend using this place instead of the dealer!

Ace Hardware sent me here when they couldn't duplicate a set of keys for our RV. This place is professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Try here for hard to find keys. They also sell safes.

They went out of their way to make a key made for my vehicle; although it was a hassle due to the whole code lock system on new vehicles.

I had locked my key in the car which took quite a while to get the door open. I was asked if I wanted a spare made since the shop was less than a mile away. I actually bought 2 spare keys. Paid 65 to open the car and 54 for 2 keys. Paid with cash and wasn’t given a receipt. When I went to use the spare key it wouldn’t work. Went back to tell them. The response I was given “why wouldn’t you try them before you left “? “Show me your receipt” He had my name and what I paid for these services BUT HE CHANGED THE DATE OF SERVICE! I’ve only used them once and it wasn’t in 2014, It was 2018. They’re Scamming and not Honest. Not only that but apparently my key has a chip and the ones they made for me don’t. Why the he’ll would a reputable company make and sell me keys (54) they knew wouldn’t work?

We needed a spare key and remote for our Toyota Tundra. Ace Hardware referred us to Mercury Lock because the keys have a transponder and need to be programd to the truck's computer. As we set comfortably in the store, Brian cut and programed the keys with ease. He also erased the keys that we lost from the truck's memory so they won't work any more. Bonus!!
