I probably shouldn't say anything because this is a hidden gem. While all the other walk in clinics are usually packed with a bit of a wait, this one was smooth and easy to get in to. The girl at the front desk was very helpful, and funny. The nurse and doctor we saw were also very friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Gordon, in particular was has great bedside manner and answered all of our questions. This is a great Mercy location with a great staff. Definitely felt like I was in good hands.

This clinic is very Close to my house and convenient. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Janet the receptionist remembers who I am every time I come in. I have only been there three times over a long time between visits and she still remembers who I am. The nurse practitioner Tori from my first visit and tonight , Tua were both very thorough and informative . They have always taken care of my problem and got me to feeling better. I recommend this connect to anyone. They are very concerned and you can tell they care about you.

Went in for a flu swab - very basic. Waited 30 mins., got the swab, waited another 30 or so minutes. Doctor came in, said I was negative and gave me a prescription for a sinus infection, about 5 minutes in total. I was coded for a level 3 new patient visit which includes a detailed history and 30 min. doctor consultation and billed 190 (that's after insurance) for an 80 test. After four emails and three calls, I still do not have the doctor notes. They ignore my requests but gave my account to collections.

My experience at this clinic was one of the worse. The wait was three hours long. There were other patients who had grown impatient and left. I wish I would have done the same thing because when I finally got called to be seen. I was told there was nothing they could do about my br spiderbite wound. And was told that they will refer me to a wound specialist. I never got proof of referral in writing and has yet to receive a call. This entire experience has left me with the decision to stick with home remedies and doctor on myself.

Best mercy walk in clinic hands down. The staff and the doctors are top notch, and they are one of the less busy ones in nwa. Some of these comments are incredibly stupid about having to wait any amount of time. Ignore these snobby 1 star givers.

CHECK YOUR BILLS. THIS PLACE IS BILLING FRAUDULENTLY. My boyfriend went here to get tested for FLU saw the dr for maybe 5 minutes and was billed for a 30 min sit down, complex decision making and comprehensive exam with personal history included. I am a certified coder and Billing director of a national medical billing company with years experience, including working for Arkansas Medicaid to catch places like this. Not sure if you were billed correctly? Message me! Not only that but they violated HIPAA when I called to ask about this the front desk verified his DOB and told me his address and that she showed it was level 2 and 2 swabs in the system (level 3 was billed) but NON of that should have been told to me because I'm not on his account. This place is a joke and will be turned in for fraud!

Don’t waste your time here. They are too lazy to see reoccurring patients when their illness does not clear up and will refuse to see you. My daughter had pink eye and an ear infection and the doctor refused to see her and sent a nurse into the waiting room to tell us we needed to see her primary care doctor AND an ENT bc “there was nothing she could do”. Clearly we wouldn’t be at an after hours clinic if an available appointment was open with them! Go to the 102 location and get decent care.
