Just want to start by saying this doesn't reflect my experience at Laconia Harley Davidson at all. This is strictly directed at the Eagle Rider Rentals. I rented a bike from them for the weekend of August 21-23 2020. They gave me less than 24 hour notice to let me know they had to cancel my reservation due to no bikes being there. They said they would refund me 338 and ended up only getting back 132. I had to scramble to find a bike for the weekend with zero help from them and paid 500 and had to transport it. Also emailed them about this and they have not gotten back to me at all, I have no interest in sitting on the phone for another hour for no solution. This is not the first time they have let me down.
