Great service. Got next day delivery and discounted price
Tried to call and whoever answered the phone was short and nasty. I can see why they are a 1 start rating.
I called Cozy Oil a dozen times last week to try to schedule a delivery for home heating oil. After many calls, I finally got through, and the guy said that he wasn't delivering oil yet due to the warmer than normal weather and wouldn't start till the following week. They actually refused my business when I wanted to use their business. That, is bad business.
I ordered oil last Monday and no one ever came. I called on Wednesday and was told they'd be out that day, no one showed. Left a message on Friday and received no response. I just ordered old from another company. I will never order from here again.
