The office staff is always kind and courteous. My delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. But the driver was here on Monday at 6:20AM! I was very happy, as I was concerned about him/her having difficulty getting into my driveway due to the snow storm. By coming very early in the morning, plus a full day ahead of schedule, they eased my mind. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Just moved to CT and needed oil, i was completely dry. Everything went great to start guy came next day and was nice and gave me the oil. I told him while he was here that it had been dry for a few days and would probably need to be serviced and he said no i would be fine and left. 4 hours later still not hot water and the boiler was not calling. I called and got the answering service who had a tech call me (Tom). Tom told me it would be 140 to come back and service. I asked how much it would have neen when the guy was here earlier and he told me 40. I told him it was not right and not my fault the first gentleman did not do his job. He told me he did not care and to take it up with the office tomorrow. So basically i am without hot water for another day and Mims oil did not care. Horrible horrible business i will order oil elsewhere
Don't even bother with them. They will string you along ALL day with the \you're the next stop\ and \they are on the way\ but they won't show up. They will even take your number down for decoration but you won't get a call. You should be ashamed of yourselves, with the plethora of oil companies to choose from I don't know how you're still in business.
